Job Title
BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVE
Job Responsibilities
Identifying, qualifying, and securing BPO business opportunities, coordinating business generation activities
Generate new business (to get BPO processes), building business relationships with current and potential clients.
Use networks and online research, identify and qualify new sales leads.
Use telephone, email, and social media to build and maintain strong connections with new and existing partners
Creating and maintaining a list/database of prospect clients; maintaining a database (CRM, Excel, etc.) of prospective client information
Cold calling, making multiple outbound calls to potential clients, closing sales and working with the client till the closing of process
Meeting all quotas for cold, active, inactive calls, appointments and meeting/ exceeding annual sales goals
Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile
Skill Requirement
Graduate/ Postgraduate with experience of Sales, Business Development
Robust sales experience will be an added advantage
Expert in the companys products and be able to sell them successfully in any situation
Able to demonstrate a thorough understanding of the companys industry and markets
Passion for growing businesses
Excellent communication skills
